Aaron Dante sits down with Nicole to talk about her and her husband being entrepreneurs in Baltimore.

Nicole discusses their company Cajou Cream - a dairy free ice cream, free of unnatural flavors. All made from plants.

She also talks about starting the Market at Montebello. Farmers market style at Lake Montebello in Northeast Baltimore.  The Market at Montebello takes place on the 4th Saturday of the month, starting in May.
